The Meatech MT-TGS tray grading scale automatically weighs and sorts individual food products — whole poultry pieces, fresh meat cuts, seafood, fruit, and vegetables — into defined weight grade categories at up to 160 sorts per minute, replacing the manual weighing and sorting teams that create production bottlenecks and weight accuracy inconsistencies in food packing operations. Each product unit is placed into a tray (material box) on the conveyor; as the tray passes over the HBM weighing sensor, the weight signal is captured, compared to the preset grade boundaries in the control system, and the tray is directed to the correct grade output lane by an electromagnetic rejection mechanism that tilts the tray and deposits the product into the corresponding collection chute.

Two platform series cover the full weight range of food processing applications. The Large Box Series (material box 330×150×80 mm or 380×220×80 mm) handles products from 50 g to 5,000 g with sorting accuracy of ±10 g — suited to whole chicken portions, pork cuts, fish portions, and fresh produce in the 100 g to 5 kg range. A:  The MT-TGS uses dynamic weighing anti-interference technology — the HBM weighing sensor's signal is processed by a digital filter that separates the static weight signal from the vibration noise generated by the conveyor belt and sorting mechanism.
