▌ Process Flow — Stage by Stage
Stage 1 — Raw Material Preparation: Bone Saw & Slicing
Frozen blocks or fresh cuts are segmented by the bone saw to the input dimensions required by the grinder or mixer. The bone saw's servo-driven feeding system maintains ±0.1 mm cut consistency across the shift, preventing irregular chunks that cause grinder blockages and emulsification variation.
Stage 2 — Blending & Emulsification: Vacuum Mixer & Bowl Chopper
Meat, fat, seasoning, and auxiliary materials are blended in the vacuum mixer under -0.08 MPa, ensuring even distribution of all ingredients without air inclusion. Stage 3 — Filling & Portioning: Vacuum Stuffer & Tying Machine

Stage 4 — Thermal Processing: Drying Oven & Smokehouse

Product then transfers to the smokehouse, where drying, smoking, and cooking are completed in a single automated chamber.
