The Meatech bone meat separator is engineered for the deep processing of poultry and small-animal frames — chicken, duck, and rabbit carcasses — recovering maximum residual meat as high-quality paste while producing clean, easily handled bone residue. It is a core piece of equipment for meat product manufacturers, pet food producers, and any facility seeking to maximise raw material utilisation.

The machine operates on a mechanical extrusion separation principle: controlled pressure applied through a precisely adjustable drum-and-belt gap forces soft meat tissue through drum perforations, which are then collected by an integrated scraper. Bone residue exits through a dedicated outlet. Operating temperature is maintained below 4 °C throughout, preventing oxidation and preserving the bright colour and natural fibre structure of the separated paste.

Bone residue content in the recovered paste is ≤ 0.15 %, and meat yield reaches 65–90 % depending on raw material type. Drum mesh diameter (6–12 mm) is selectable to tune the fineness of the output. The modular design allows core components — drum, belt, and scraper — to be removed by a single operator for rapid cleaning.
