At 600 kg/h capacity and 1.1 kW power consumption, the MT-CFD is a low-energy, high-throughput water removal step that significantly reduces the moisture entering the IQF tunnel or packaging machine — improving IQF free-flow quality, reducing surface ice formation, and increasing packaging machine seal reliability on products that exit washing or blanching with significant surface water.
The 1.2 mm SUS304 food-grade stainless steel drum plate construction (1,100×700×950 mm, 304 material throughout) withstands the repeated acceleration and deceleration cycles of batch centrifugal operation and the chemical cleaning protocols of a food processing environment.
