Deep Fryer

The Meatech deep fryer is built from national-standard SUS304 stainless steel with an internal high-temperature heating pipe. Fully automatic models add an automatic loading system, a mixing (stirring) system, an automatic discharge system, and an integrated combustion system, so a single operator can run continuous frying with minimal manual handling. Electrical control cabinets are stainless steel with strong waterproofing and heat dissipation for wash-down environments.

The Meatech deep fryer is built from national-standard SUS304 stainless steel with an internal high-temperature heating pipe. Fully automatic models add an automatic loading system, a mixing (stirring) system, an automatic discharge system, and an integrated combustion system, so a single operator can run continuous frying with minimal manual handling. Electrical control cabinets are stainless steel with strong waterproofing and heat dissipation for wash-down environments.

Three oil-system configurations are available to match the frying process: pure-oil type, oil-water mixed type — where a water layer beneath the frying oil continuously carries away food residue, extending oil life and reducing off-flavours — and pure-oil filtration type, where continuous filtration removes residue while frying in oil only. Frame configuration also affects mixing: the round frying frame includes an integrated stirring system for loose product, while the square frying frame does not include a mixing system and holds product in a fixed position during frying.

The machine runs on natural gas, LPG, or high-concentration mixed gas through a purpose-designed burner pipeline for full combustion and high energy utilisation, heating the oil quickly to improve throughput. The temperature control system is linked directly to the combustion system — once the target oil temperature is set, the controller automatically switches the burner on and off to hold that temperature, saving fuel while keeping temperature control precise and product quality consistent.

An electric full-automatic version is also available alongside the gas-fired model, for workshops without a gas supply or where finer temperature programming matters more than raw throughput. Oil temperature is computer-controlled and settable across the full 0–230 °C range, using the same oil-water mixing process design as the gas version — food residue sinks through the frying oil into a water layer for continuous removal, extending oil service life and, per typical performance data for this design, cutting oil consumption by roughly 80 % versus a conventional single-oil fryer. Automatic discharge and stirring devices keep colour and frying degree consistent across the batch on both heating types.

Q:  What's the difference between the pure-oil, oil-water mixed, and oil-filter fryer types?

A:  Pure-oil type fries in oil only. Oil-water mixed type layers water beneath the frying oil so food residue sinks through into the water layer for continuous removal — extending oil life and reducing off-flavours. Pure-oil filtration type continuously filters the frying oil to remove residue while frying in oil only. Meatech configures the machine to the type that matches your product and cleaning workflow.

Q:  What's the difference between the round mixing-basket frame and the square frame?
