Two models address different throughput and application requirements: the MT-FBC-300 (300–500 kg/h, 3 kW) for smaller-scale operations and central kitchens; and the MT-FBC-1000 (500–1,000 kg/h, 2.6 kW, variable conveyor speed 3–18 m/min) for higher-throughput industrial lines where the cutting speed needs to be matched precisely to the downstream grinder or thawing machine input rate.
Dicing thickness is adjustable from 5 mm to 30 mm on both models — covering the range from small dice for rapid thawing (thin pieces thaw faster and more evenly in a thawing machine) through to larger chunks for grinder pre-breaking. The 300 mm conveyor belt width accommodates standard commercial frozen block formats.
